1. Information We Collect

To function correctly, Zynrax only collects essential data. We collect server data such as Guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and saved configurations like prefixes or automod rules. We also collect the Discord User IDs of users interacting with the bot. For Premium verification, we collect transaction IDs. We do not store credit card numbers, passwords, or sensitive financial data. We do not log or store your personal messages.

2. Third-Party Integrations

Zynrax interacts with external services to function. We operate via the Discord API, and your usage is subject to the Privacy Policy of Discord. All Premium payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Cryptomus. Zynrax never handles your raw payment credentials. We will never sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Data Deletion

You retain full control over your data. Removing Zynrax from your server automatically queues your server data for deletion. If you wish to request a complete data wipe of your User ID, you can contact us in the Support Server. Last Updated: May 2026
