# Terms of Service

> Terms of Service for using the Zynrax Discord Bot.

### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zynrax, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you can remove the bot from your server immediately.

### 2. Access and Usage Rules

You agree to use Zynrax responsibly. You must strictly follow the Terms of Service of Discord. Spamming commands, bypassing limits, or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile or extract the source code or APIs of Zynrax. Violation of these rules will result in a permanent blacklist from all Zynrax services.

### 3. Payments and Subscriptions

Zynrax offers Premium subscriptions for advanced features. We process all payments securely through Razorpay for INR and UPI transactions, and Cryptomus for Crypto. Premium is activated automatically upon successful payment. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for active subscriptions or one-time purchases. Any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

### 4. Intellectual Property and Defamation

Zynrax takes its brand and intellectual property very seriously. All code, assets, branding, and designs belong exclusively to Zynrax. Copying, stealing, or using our assets without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Spreading false information, malicious rumors, or intentionally defaming Zynrax or its developers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take strict legal action, including filing lawsuits and issuing DMCA takedowns, against anyone found stealing our intellectual property or engaging in deliberate defamation.

### 5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zynrax is provided as is without any warranties. While Zynrax uses advanced security, no system is completely immune to nuking. We are not responsible for server damage caused by misconfigurations, Discord API downtime, or rogue administrators. Zynrax and its developers are not liable for any data loss, server damage, or interruptions in service.
